Label Your Light Switches
Do you have trouble remembering which light switch turns on and off which light? After all, they DO all look the same. Fix this annoying little problem simply by labeling your light switches. For a nice, clean, not-so-noticeable look, use a handheld label maker set to the smallest size print. My favorite is the Brother P-Touch 1280. It uses laminated white labels with adhesive backing (as seen in the photo), so they're really easy to apply. Don't have a label maker? No problem. Create your own labels with a fine point black sharpie and small white stickers cut to size. A quick and simple trick to make life a little more easier.
