Try the Two-Minute Rule
Do you tend to put things off for later only to find clutter starting to
accumulate in your home or your to-do list starting to grow longer and
longer? Start practicing the Two-Minute Rule. Any task
that can be done in two minutes or less, do right now rather than later.
There are so many things during the day that can be done in two minutes
or less. Send a quick email, hang up your coat, file a paper, put your
coffee mug in the dishwasher, read a letter, or RSVP to a party
invitation. You get the idea. Using the Two-Minute Rule is quick and
easy with BIG results. It'll take less effort to stay on top of things
and you'll stop feeling like you're always having to play catch up,
which can be stressful. Give it a try!
